Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the BigP Smarts application and website. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BigP Smarts application and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use the BigP Smarts application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from our application.
User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
SOS Feature
The SOS feature is designed for emergency situations only. Misuse of this feature may result in account suspension. BigP Smarts is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the SOS feature. The SOS feature relies on device connectivity and network availability, which may not be guaranteed at all times.
Device Compatibility
The BigP Smarts application requires compatible Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or operating system versions. Please verify device compatibility before purchase. Minimum requirements: iOS 14+ or Android 10 (API 29)+.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BigP Smarts or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the application, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
Modifications
BigP Smarts reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the application or via email. Your continued use of the application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
